Tomorrow is my favorite holiday. I wake up, dry of my brined Heidi's Hen Turkey, turn on the parade and listen to my children playing with their Grandparents and Uncles. It's the best! As a former chef I relish spending the day cooking. My Mom and I start planning the menu early in the month (usually collecting my favorite foodie mags for new ideas). But the Best thing about Thanksgiving? It is a day we get to reflect on all we are thankful for. For me that is a long list. I hope you have a fantastic holiday, and eat lots of turkey!
