Title: Modern Architecture Luxury Villa 'MAHINA'

VIPS are delighted to introduce you to 'Mahina' 'Mahina' is from a new generation of visionary architecture... works of art you can live in. VIPS only associate with the very top echelons of exclusivity Please contact us if you would like more information on commissioning one of these astounding and iconic works of art for your property portfolio. stephenrumney@hotmail.com TECHNICAL INFO: • Mahina uses Diamante glass. This glass has a very low iron content and does not have the usual green tint of a standard glass. The glazing is structural and is mostly 32mm thick. Many of the panels can move, for example the master bedroom façade can slide and stack on both sides for 10m. • The complete façade has two sets of blinds, one set of shade blinds and one set of block out. These are remote controlled and can make any room or area private. The blinds neatly roll up into the ceiling spaces meaning they cannot be seen when not in use. • The whole building has been designed to sustainable principles. The house has a very high available thermal mass and the temperature is regulated by water cooling/heating in the floors and walls (arches). Warm water collected from warm days is stored for the evenings and cooler days. This system combined with geothermal heat exchangers allows for well regulated temperatures with low external energy input. • A natural ventilation system deals with the high thermal gains the house receives during the day. This includes underground wet rock cooling chambers and hot air extraction through the roof. Effectively cooling is controlled by dragging cool air through underground chambers and expelling the warm air through the roof.

Title: Predators Sneak Peek

Writer/producer Robert Rodriguez takes us on a behind-the-scenes look at the next chapter of the Predator saga.

A bold new chapter in the Predator universe, "Predators" was shot on location under Rodriguez's creative auspices at the filmmaker's Austin-based Troublemaker Studios, and is directed by Nimrod Antal. The film stars Adrien Brody as Royce, a mercenary who reluctantly leads a group of elite warriors who come to realize they've been brought together on an alien planet... as prey. With the exception of a disgraced physician, they are all cold-blooded killers - mercenaries, Yakuza, convicts, death squad members - human "predators" that are now being systemically hunted and eliminated by a new breed of alien Predators.

Predators Cast: Laurence Fishburne, Adrien Brody, Topher Grace, Alice Braga, Danny Trejo, Walton Goggins, Oleg Taktarov, Mahershalalhashbaz Ali, Louis Ozawa Changchien, Derek Mears

Predators sneak peek courtesy Twentieth Century Fox. Predators opens in US theaters July 9th, 2010. Predators is directed by Nimrod Antal.

Title: Tekken Tag 2 Sneak Peek

Harada_TEKKEN: Someone sneak & leak lol http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=STo3TH965hE&feature=share

There was a lot of talking, couldn't include it because it would have made the upload way too long, and there was some Q&A which sucked (devil ganryu and soul calibur wtf) however, TTT2 will have recording in practice mode, as well as a tutorial mode to bridge the gap between complete scrubs and people that have a basic knowledge of the game.

Harada went out of his way to say that this is all test footage, very early in the games life, and therefore subject to change.

Civil Ceremony at Farington Lodge in Claret & Ivory

Farington Lodge is a really lovely sumptuous space I particularly like this room and the decor was great to work with from a freah flower point of view.

The Registrars table centre doubled as the top table design and included Amaryllis, Viburnum Opulus berries, Anthuriums and imported Metalina Roses.I sprinkled some rose petals in between and amongst our tea light votives

The pedestals were in our "Secret Garden Style Urns" and included plenty of luscious foliages, White Delphinium Elatum, Avalanche Roses, Molucella & Chocco Anthuriums.

Creative Cover Hire dressed the chairs and decorated them with little butterflies

The Grooms Boutonniere included a Crystal Blush Calla Lily some rolled Metalina Rose Petals and some fresh Fragrant RosemaryThe little flower girl carried one of our lovely squashy teddy bears dressed witha miniature fresh posy of complimenting flowers

The Page Boy wore a Boutonierre of tiny rose buds

The Bridal Bouquet included fresh Lily of the Valley, Akito, Metalina & Kameleon Roses, Hydrangea, Amaryllis & Champagne Grass

The ceremony was conducted by the lovely Kerr Andrew

The bridal gown was from Dan Kerr bridal in Blackpool

The adult Bridesmaids carried smaller versions of the brides bouquet

The Mum's Corsages included Roses, Freesia, Stephanotis and Lily of the Valley

The tables were dressed with a combination of high and low design, the lower ones included three chapel candles surrounded by fresh flowers, raised off the table slightly by crystal cake stands.

The taller table designs were on table stands and again included chapel candles and an abundance of fresh flowers

The top table was flanked by the two pedestal designs and had the sumptuous registrars table centre in the centre

This wedding took place way back September time but I thought we could all do witha bit of sunshine.

Title: The Classiest Civil Ceremony Ever (Chipmunk mode)

Some girls start to imagine the perfect wedding when they're really young while others simply don't (like me). However, I never could imagine my civil ceremony to turn out the way it did. Seriously, could it GET any classier?

I also decided to make the video slightly entertaining by turning our voices into chipmunk mode. Good luck trying to understand us as well as figuring out what Korean song was playing in the background in one of the clips!

FYI: Civil ceremony was held because our friend, who is not licensed to wed, married us in the Bahamas.

Resolution Smesolution

My New Year's resolutions are non-existent this year...

And that's really ok with me. Every year I come up with some goal that I am certain to toss by the wayside by the 'teens of February. By March I have browbeaten myself to a point of promising to start resolutions anew, only to fail by summertime.

Why do we do this to ourselves?

This new year is going to be celebrated with a list of aspirations:
~Try to sleep at least 7 hours a night
~Tell Shug how much I love him every day
~Volunteer my time again
~Read a few books I love and don't have to study
~Write more
~Forgive myself more
~Become more acquainted with gratitude
~ Give Ruby more kisses

Are you making New Year's Resolutions?
